★ Local Pro · $300/mo founding rate

Everything SitePeek runs for your business.

One system with four jobs: measure where you show up, decide what to do about it, do it, and prove it moved. Everything below runs for you, without you lifting a finger — you take the calls.

01 · Measure · the numbers first

What we measure

Before anything is posted or written, the numbers — read from Google and from our own searches, never estimated. Every one of them is on your dashboard:

1

Your whole map, not one rank

Every week we search your main service from a grid of points across your service area and record where you rank at each one. That is the green-and-red map in your audit and on your dashboard.

Why it matters → One rank number hides a lot. You can be #1 at your own address and invisible two miles away; the map shows both.

weekly
2

Your weak areas, by name

The map is split into named neighborhoods. Each gets three facts: how much of it you are top 3 in, your average position there, and how many competitors work it.

Why it matters → This is how the plan picks where to aim next — and how you see that area move.

weekly
3

Google's first page

For the searches people actually use to find you — and, once a month, for your name — we record who holds the first page: your listing, your website, a directory, or a competitor.

Why it matters → The map pack is one part of the first page. The rest is where the other calls come from.

weekly
4

Who you are up against

The businesses holding the most #1 spots on your own map, with their review counts, ratings and photo counts.

Why it matters → Your reputation grade is measured against the most-reviewed competitor in the top 3 on your own map, not a national average.

weekly
5

The searches Google shows you for

Google's own list of what people typed before your profile appeared, plus the searches you choose to track.

Why it matters → Posts and pages are aimed at searches Google has actually shown you for, never at guesses.

monthly
6

Google's own numbers

Calls, direction requests and website clicks from your profile, 30 days at a time, straight from Google.

Why it matters → The numbers that ring your phone, next to the numbers that explain them.

every report
7

Deeper maps for your other searches

Turn it on in the Grow tab and each search you track gets its own full map about once a month, next to the weekly one for your main search.

Why it matters → A second service can have a different map. This is how you find out before you spend on it.

optional
02 · Decide · one plan, revised as the data moves

How we decide what to do

Measurement without a decision is a spreadsheet. Every number above feeds one plan, and the plan is shown to you with its reasoning:

1

Your goal, in your words

You tell us what matters — more calls, a neighborhood, a search you want to own — and the plan is written toward it. Change it any time in Settings.

Why it matters → A plan aimed at nothing in particular cannot be judged. Yours can.

yours
2

A 90-day plan with three milestones

Three months — Measure, Move, Prove. One milestone a month, each a condition your own data decides: a search held on two scans in a row, an area that moved. Never a number we made up.

Why it matters → Revised when the data says so. A milestone reached early opens the next month; a stall changes the approach and tells you why.

90 days
3

This week's one step

Every week the plan scores every move it could make and picks one to do first. You see the pick, the options it beat, and the reason.

Why it matters → One thing at a time is how a small business's marketing actually gets done — and how you can tell what worked.

weekly
4

A target area and a target search

The plan names one neighborhood and one search to win next, and holds them until they are won or your data says to move on.

Why it matters → Posts, pages and photos are aimed at those targets, so the work compounds instead of scattering.

held until won
03 · Act · on a set schedule, without you lifting a finger

What we do

The work, in three places: your Google profile and social pages, your website, and your phone.

On Google, Facebook and Instagram

1

Reply to every review in your voice

New review comes in — we draft a reply that sounds like you, then publish within 24 hours. No approval round-trips.

Why it matters → Reply rate is a Whitespark top-15 local ranking factor. Top operators reply to 95%+.

4–6 hrs/mo
2

Google posts, about twice a week

A fresh post about every three days, written for your business and aimed at the plan's target area and search.

Why it matters → Profiles without recent posts get hit by Google's freshness penalty. A steady cadence resets the timer.

2–4 hrs/mo
3

The same post on Facebook and Instagram

Once your pages are connected, each Google post goes to your Facebook Page too, and to Instagram whenever the post has a photo. Google indexes those pages, so your name can show up more than once on the first page.

Why it matters → Three places for one post — and one more result on the first page that can be yours instead of a directory's.

included
4

New photos, added monthly

Photos from your own gallery added to your profile every month — never in a burst Google reads as spam.

Why it matters → Profiles with 15+ photos average ~35% more direction taps than profiles with under 5.

1–2 hrs/mo
5

Categories and description kept right

Your categories checked and your description written when you connect, then refreshed each quarter — and only rewritten when it has actually changed.

Why it matters → GBP category is the single highest-weighted local-pack ranking factor (Whitespark 2026 survey).

1–2 hrs/mo
6

Reviews: a flyer, and a text

A printed flyer with your QR code for the counter and the invoice. And a REVIEW text: send us a customer's number and we send the request plus two polite follow-ups.

Why it matters → Reviews this month move rank more than lifetime totals (Sterling Sky, 8,186-business study). Asking is the one lever that needs you.

On your website

1

Live website maintained

Built from your Google profile — reviews, services, photos — and hosted for you at your branded subdomain. Mobile-first, with click-to-call buttons.

Why it matters → ~70% of local-service searches happen on mobile. A site that doesn't load fast on a phone loses the call.

2–3 hrs/mo
2

Local SEO content + schema

JSON-LD schema markup (LocalBusiness, Service, FAQ). On-page SEO tuned to your local keyword set.

Why it matters → Schema is what Google uses to populate rich results (knowledge panel, FAQ accordions).

1–2 hrs/mo
3

One new page a week

One page a week written for a search people actually use, aimed by the plan, published on the site we host for you and handed to Google the same day.

Why it matters → 30–40% of inbound calls come from organic search, not the local pack. This is how you show up there.

included

On your phone — when the call comes

1

Instant text-back on every lead

Missed call or website form fill — the customer gets a text back in seconds, any hour of the day.

Why it matters → Most local jobs go to whoever answers first. A lead that waits an hour is usually already someone else's customer.

24/7
2

Automatic follow-up nudges

If a lead goes quiet, we nudge them automatically at 24 hours and again at day 3 — so quotes don't die in silence.

Why it matters → Most quotes are lost to silence, not to "no." A polite nudge revives deals you've already half-won.

automatic
3

AI front desk — answers, books, hands off

Replies get common questions answered in your business's voice (hours, service area, your listed prices) — and when they're ready, it books the job: you confirm with one text, the customer gets the confirmation automatically. Hot leads land on your phone, warm and qualified.

Why it matters → We're not answering your phone — we make sure the ones you missed don't go cold. You still close the job.

04 · Prove · in your own numbers

How you know it worked

The same numbers we measured in step one, compared with your own earlier weeks. No screenshots of somebody else's dashboard:

1

The weekly text and report

One text a week: what moved, what we did, and this week's step, with a link to the full report. Earlier reports stay in your dashboard.

Why it matters → Written from your latest scan, never from a template.

weekly
2

Three grades, A to F

Map, Google's first page, Reputation — each with the scale that produced it, so a C tells you what a B takes.

Why it matters → A grade you cannot explain is a mood. These are arithmetic.

every report
3

Progress against your own baseline

Month over month against your first month with us — same searches, same map, same points.

Why it matters → A move smaller than the map's own noise is reported as no change, never as a win. A fall is reported as a fall.

monthly
4

One dashboard, one set of numbers

Home, Reports, Grow, Posts, Settings, Leads and Support, built for your phone. Every number there is the one the report used.

Why it matters → There is no second set of numbers. If it moved, you see it in both places; if it did not, in neither.

What you actually get

The two outputs that matter — time back in your week and money recovered from customers currently going to competitors.

Time — every month
11–19 hrs/mo back in your week

The total hours you'd spend on all the services above if you ran them yourself consistently. That's roughly 3 hours back every week — sleep, more jobs, family. Whatever you'd rather be doing than writing review replies at midnight.

Equivalent at $50/hr operator rate $550–$950/mo
Money
+10–25% inbound on average

Operators on Pro typically see 10–25% lift in inbound call volume over 90 days. Specific recovery numbers depend on your current gap — see your audit.

What this costs vs. what alternatives cost

Comparable services for local service businesses. Most either cover only one surface (GBP or website, rarely both) or charge 6–30× more.
